Many buyers qualify with low-down or even $0-down programs — VA and USDA can be zero down for those who qualify, FHA is typically a low down payment, and Conventional has low-down options too. How long do I need to be at my job to qualify?
You don't always need two years with the same employer. Lenders look at your overall income stability, and there are flexible paths for recent job changes, raises, returning to the workforce, and self-employment. Tell us your situation and we'll map the best route to approval.
What are your interest rates?
